We are very proud of what has been accomplished through The Grind Coffee House project. The Grind has been established in the community as a thriving small business, which has brought us to the decision to sell this business as a turn-key opportunity for an entrepreneur who can take the business to the next level.
We believe selling to an owner/operator will allow continued growth while further developing the business to meet its full potential. The sale, once complete, will leave Upward Community Youth, Inc, the non-profit organization created to support this, with seed money which will be allocated to recreate this project through another small business venture.
While almost six years in the making, this venture has paved the way for a business incubator that allows students to gain knowledge of small business startup, daily operations, and ultimately a sale, while increasing business in our community as a whole.
