06/28/2023 Update
Hi Team! Here is your first update on the Team Resource Page. Please set yourself a reminder to review this page weekly – we need each staff member staying up to date on the Visa Transition Project. As we make this transition, the Leadership Team asks that each member of our team review the education portion of the site. Understanding Visa, what it offers, and how to handle member interactions and questions is essential to the credit union.
Please review the Visa Transition Guide and the educational section of the webpage. Once complete, send a signed and dated screenshot of the Visa Transition Guide to Alyssa at aswanson@limestonefederal.com. If further education is needed, please reach out.
Stay tuned as we continue to update this webpage with new educational content and updates from leadership. If you have any questions regarding the Visa Debit Card Transition, please contact Alyssa, Michaela, or Jen.

How-to search in the spreadsheet:
Hold down “Ctrl” and click “f” on your keyboard. A search box will appear. Type in the name of the merchant and click “Enter”.
Note: Try searching the vendor/merchant’s name in different ways. For example, if “My Vegan” doesn’t work, try “myvegan”. If a vendor/merchant does not appear, it does not participate in the Visa Account Updater.
